For this reason, our rooms are designed to allow the guest to travel light and enjoy every comfort. Each room has freeWi-Fi, minibar, phon, vault, LED TV, air conditioning, tea kettle and other facilities.

All the rooms, except for the dependence, are located at the third floor, no elevator. The plans of realization of the elevator are on the way to being implemented.

Emiliano e Barbara ti accolgono facendoti sentire a casa...gentili e disponibili al punto giusto, sono pronti a darti informazioni utili su Palermo e dintorni. Al nostro arrivo Emiliano ci ha accompagnati direttamente al parcheggio più vicino illustrandoci sul tragitto del ritorno, i segreti del centro di Palermo. Camera perfetta con una bellissima vista...direttamente in centro. Dalla terrazza sul tetto ( dove si consuma la colazione) la vista é ancora più spettacolare! Consigliatissimo!!! The dependance room is located on the mezzanine floor. It has an independent entrance and has modern furnishings equipped with every comfort.

Queen

The room is located on the third floor of the building and is furnished in a modern style with all the comforts. Internal bathroom with shower. You can access the terrace at any time of the day to relax.

Superior

The Superior room is located on the third floor with exposure on the church of San Cataldo. The room is spacious with private bathroom with chromotherapy, frescoed roofs and ethnic furnishings.
